Montgomery County offers a number of health and wellness facilities. A number of fitness opportunities, including outdoor parks and sanctuaries and privately-owned businesses, expand the range of wellness activities for residents and visitors.
Hillsboro Area Hospital St. Francis Hospital Hillsboro Sports Complex features four lighted
baseball/softball fields, 3 soccer fields, 6 lighted tennis courts. Litchfield Sports, Inc. is a great facility for
traveling teams to hone their skills on the full-size indoor soccer and
football field. Hitting cages and individual training are available for
a number of sports. |
The
Fusion Fitness Center, Hillsboro, offers the
option of working with personal trainers for nutrition
and wellness, many aerobic and yoga classes, elevated
walking track, a basketball court, weights and cardio
equipment and an aquatic center that includes a four
lane Olympic size lap pool, a lazy river, whirlpool and
many water features for young children.
