MCEDC Seeks Local Input Through Two Surveys

The Montgomery County Economic Development Corporation (MCEDC) is continually looking for ways to improve the quality of life for businesses and residents of Montgomery County. Internet availability, reliability and affordability have been a challenge in the county. The MCEDC is currently researching ways to improve each of those challenges, but they need the community's help.

Two surveys are being distributed throughout the community, one for businesses and one for individual community members. By participating in this survey, the community will help MCEDC map the specific locations of the county that have service, map the specific locations of the county that need service or improved service, understand data needs so they can reach solutions that will be effective and understand the current capacity.

Surveys will be distributed in an electronic version and a hard copy version. To participate in the Business Internet Satisfaction Survey, visit https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/businessinternetsurvey.

To participate in the Individual Internet Satisfaction Survey, visit https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/individualinternetsurvey.

Questions and requests for hard copies of the surveys are available by emailing or calling the MCEDC, at ed@montgomerycountyillinois.org or by phone at 217-851-4332.

All provided information is confidential and participants will only be contacted if they request additional information and provide their preferred contact method in the survey.
